Use of the Site

2.1 Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use the Arts.Sale website.

Content

3.1 User-Generated Content: Users may contribute content to the site. By submitting content, you grant Arts.Sale a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, display, and distribute your content on the site.

Vendor Specific Terms:

10.1 Vendor Eligibility:
Vendors must be a minimum of 18 years old to sell artworks on Arts.Sale.

10.2 Payment Processing:
Arts.Sale will process and collect all sale payments, releasing funds to vendors after the order status is confirmed as completed.

10.3 Return Policy:
Vendors are responsible for all goods refunds and returns marked as “free return” under the Arts.Sale return policy. However, in compliance with Australian consumer law, Arts.Sale will facilitate returns for faulty or misrepresented artworks.

10.4 Warranty Responsibilities:
Vendors are responsible for all fix or replacement warranties associated with the artworks they sell on Arts.Sale. Arts.Sale will assist in facilitating warranty claims as required by Australian consumer law.

10.5 Commission Payments:
Vendors must pay commissions to Arts.Sale. Arts.Sale reserves the right to change the commission size by providing one week’s notice to the vendors via Arts.Sale website.

10.6 Marketplace Ownership:
Arts.Sale is an art-selling marketplace owned by IndustryLink.Online, with ABN 90 622 139 726.

10.7 Artwork Representation: Vendors can only view and sell artworks they have created themselves. They are prohibited from representing or selling somebody else’s art.
